There are good things happening here and projects are planned for the future. There are also problems to be resolved. How will these effect you as a resident? There is not room in the monthly newsletter (a big thanks to Frank Turco, and his predicessor Linda Griggs for producing the newsletter) for all the details of what is happening at OV. Thus, this small website is an experiment to see if we can better our communications with our neighbors and board members. If you have something to contribute, email it to the Webmaster.
